Collaborate

Group events

Markets, fairs and festivals run by local organizers. Vendors claim slots · organizers book a licensed space and run the show.

How group events work

Organizers — a collective, a curator, anyone with an Organizer profile (add one in My listings) — book a licensed space for their date, then create the market here: they set the slot price, approve each vendor, and collect the slot fees. Spaces earn their day rate for hosting; only spaces with the ✓ Multi-vendor licensed badge (proof of the right permits) can host markets. Vendors request a slot and pay once the organizer approves them. Everyone runs their own lane — Local Loop is just the pipes.

The loop, explained

How Local Loop works

One platform, three sides: event-goers, pop-up vendors, and the spaces that host them.

1

Create your profile

Sign up as a pop-up, a space, an organizer — or any mix. Add photos, your rate, and what makes you a draw.

2

Match & book

Vendors book spaces, spaces book vendors, organizers book venues for their markets. Prices are set by the listing owner — no haggling, just accept or decline.

3

Pay safely in-app

Card payment through Stripe confirms the booking. The other party is paid out automatically, minus Local Loop's fee.

4

Get discovered

Every confirmed booking auto-publishes to the public event feed — and pushes to our IG, TikTok and Facebook.
